We offer three programs for your child.
Learn with ME
This program offers private one on one tutoring classes for your student. We pair your child with one of our highly qualified teachers that will challenge and extend your child's learning. We complete a free assessment/interview to get a sense of your child's interest, strengths and areas to improve upon. Our classes are unique and customized to each student that we have. Read with ME
This program is exclusively a reading program to help enhance your child's reading, pronunciation, understanding and comprehension about the stories they are reading and that are read to them. These classes are completed in small intimate groups of 2 to 6 students. We will read a passage, book or novel as a group and analyze, question, comprehend and inquire about what we have read. There are no two lessons the same. Our director completes an interview/assessment free of charge and places your child in a class with children of like abilities. This lessons are ideal for students that are reading CVC and to advanced readers. Despite being a reading program writing will be required for comprehension exercises.
Write with ME
This is our newest program that exclusively focuses on writing at all levels. Whether it be our beginner Kindergarten writers or our high school level soon to be authors we have a class for your child. We focus on different styles of writing expository, descriptive, persuasive, and narrative. Our lessons also teacher our students writing techniques, grammar, styles, and writing to different audiences. These classes are completed in small intimate groups of 2 to 6 students. Our director completes an interview/assessment free of charge and places your child in a class with children of like abilities. Interviews and Assessments
Our initial assessment and interview allows us to assess your child and assign them the next steps in their learning journey. Also, it will enable us to appoint the best teacher to suit your child's learning needs. Our interview process should be fun and easy-going for your child. Despite the easy-going nature of our interview process, we take these interviews very seriously. At this time, we will decide if your child is a good fit for our classes, and you can choose after the interview if you would like to sign up for a 20-hour class pack.
How long will it be and what are you assessing?
As a requirement, we perform a free initial interview to assess your child Interviews will last 10-30 minutes depending on grade level and child's ability. During this interview, we will be assessing your child's current level in reading, writing, listening, critical thinking and oral language.
